1.2 We do not provide development services for the actual integration.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 You are responsible for providing us with all necessary information and access to your web applications to complete the consultation. 2.2 You are responsible for final decisions regarding the chosen integration method and development approach.
2.3 You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for third-party applications involved in the integration.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Our fees for the Services are determined by the scope of the project and will be clearly outlined in a separate proposal.
3.2 Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal and may involve an upfront deposit followed by progress payments or a one-time payment upon completion.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the deliverables we provide (roadmap, recommendations) belong to us.
4.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the sole purpose of implementing the web app integration.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information you provide us during the consultation.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
